Learning to "read" the earth - this is the goal of the Research Group for Earth Observation (rgeo) of the Geography Department at the Heidelberg University of Education.
Many projects of the Research Group for Earth Observation deal with the topic of climate change and the associated regional and global consequences. The basis for this is current and historical climate data. The department operates its own climate measuring stations.
